Enrollment Process
Enrollment at Hooyo Child Care isn’t complicated at all. We offer you our GUARANTEED EASY ENROLLMENT PROCESS ™ where our administrative staff is ready to help you and ease every step of the road.
1. To start the admission process, please fill out our Schedule a visit/tour Form or call at (612)545-5779 to schedule a visit
2. Our Center’s coordinator and administrative staff will accommodate your schedule needs. Tours at Hooyo Child Care are a great opportunity to ask as many questions as you wish and see the facility first hand. Allow at least 30 minutes of your time to complete a guided tour.
3. During your tour we will let you know about the available space at the Center and the next steps to follow based on your particular situation and need. You will be asked to complete a Pre-enrollment Inquiry Form to reserve a space for your child. We take families on a first come, first serve basis and Full-time and part-time care is available.
4. We will contact you after the initial enrollment requirements are completed to confirm the first day of attendance.

Availability and spot reservation: Once a spot is offered to you, you have up to 48 hours to either accept or decline the space. If you choose to accept, you will have up to 2 weeks from when space is available to start care. Please let our Center’s coordinator or administrative staff know if you need more time to hold and reserve a space for your child. We will be glad to assist you.
If you choose not to start care at Hooyo Child Care the spot will become available again after 3 days.
